ku99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ku99 website located at https://ku99.win and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, and any promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking to accept these Terms, or by continuing to access and use any part of the ku99 Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ku99.

To register and maintain an account with ku99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ku99 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Underage gambling is prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from ku99 or from any other gambling platform as a result of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request currently in effect.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. You may only register and operate an account in your own name and for your personal entertainment.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

ku99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with ku99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, using alternative contact details, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ku99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify ku99 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. You should also change your password without delay.

• You must not allow any other person to use or operate your ku99 account under any circumstances.
• You must keep your contact information — including your email address and mobile number — up to date within your account settings.
• You must not use your ku99 account for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to interact with the Platform.

ku99 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, following reasonable advance notice to the registered contact details on file. Any remaining balance at the time of closure of an inactive account will be subject to the dormant account policy communicated in that notice.

All financial transactions on ku99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ku99 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. ku99 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ku99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes under normal conditions, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification or bonus wagering requirements. ku99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment is not permitted.
• ku99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Deposits made by credit card may not be eligible for withdrawal until the equivalent deposit value has been wagered at least once.
• ku99 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider after the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the Platform.

ku99 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The specific terms applicable to each offer — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates — will be communicated clearly at the point of offer and must be read and understood before accepting.

General conditions that apply to all ku99 bonuses unless otherwise specified include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up offer may be claimed per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated in the offer terms.
• ku99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse, collusion, or technical error is detected.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds exceeding any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be removed before withdrawal is approved.

All bets placed on ku99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, market, or game in question. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall take precedence for that product only.

For sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), volleyball, football, and other events listed on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ku99 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds caused by technical error.
• In-play bets are subject to live market suspension at any time. A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation from the Platform.
• ku99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event at its discretion, including for players identified as consistently obtaining favourable odds.
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or voided event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable event rules communicated on the Platform.

For casino games — including live tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — the game rules displayed within each game client govern the outcome. ku99 does not have the ability to alter individual game results once a round has commenced. All game results are final once the round is complete and the outcome is displayed.

ku99 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in live poker, live dealer games, or any competitive betting market.

• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or unauthorised access to another player's account.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Engaging in abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward ku99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

ku99 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to share information with relevant third parties, including financial institutions and law enforcement, where criminal activity is suspected. All accounts are monitored for unusual patterns of behaviour and stake.

ku99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered players. ku99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside ku99's reasonable control — including telecommunications outages, power failures, or acts of force majeure — may temporarily affect Platform availability. ku99 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

• ku99's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
• ku99 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the use of an ineligible account or the misuse of bonus funds.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

ku99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ku99 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ku99 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

In the first instance, complaints should be submitted to the support team with full details of the issue, your account username, and any relevant transaction references. ku99 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a full resolution within 5 business days for standard disputes.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter shall be subject to good-faith mediation. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing applicable in the jurisdiction in which ku99 operates. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
